The Alexa Connections organization is seeking a seasoned and highly strategic Sr. Program Manager. In this role, you will lead and execute large-scale, complex projects and programs that have a significant impact on Alexa Connections business goals and customer experience. With a wealth of experience and a deep understanding of program management principles, you will excel in driving innovation, influencing senior stakeholders, and shaping the strategic direction of the Org.

Key job responsibilities
Organize and communicate program and mechanism deadlines, coordinate program level initiatives within the various Senior Managers, collaborate laterally with other adjacent organizations, track and report on key metrics and progress, run business mechanisms, lead planning for business events and manage head count, manpower, and recruiting initiatives.

A day in the life
The day in the life of a program manager in the Alexa Communications team is full of coordination, communication and driving deadlines. Managing multiple streams of communication on different channels internally, and with external teams and directors. You will drive key planning and coordination events between managers and individual contributors.

About the team
Alexa Connections are the people that connect everyone through Alexa. The team builds meaningful methods to communicate between family members, friends and families bringing moments of joy and reducing individual workload to communicate. The team is behind the services that send messages, make calls, and announcements with Alexa Devices.

Basic Qualifications

- 5+ years of program or project management experience
- Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
- Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements

Preferred Qualifications

- 2+ years of driving process improvements experience
- Knowledge of general AI tools
- Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
