Sr. Planning Engineer - MEP (Urgent Hiring)

Black & Grey HR is partnering with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE to recruit a highly skilled Senior Planning Engineer – MEP for high-rise building projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination of MEP works to ensure timely and efficient project execution.Responsibilities:- Prepare and manage project schedules, work programs, and progress reports for MEP activities.- Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and corrective action plans.- Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors, and site teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.- Support planning and execution of MEP works for high-rise building projects.- Review project drawings, technical documents, and construction schedules.- Assist in resource planning, productivity tracking, and project forecasting.- Prepare recovery schedules and progress presentations for management and clients.- Ensure compliance with project timelines, company standards, and contractual requirements.- Maintain planning records, reports, and project documentation.Requirements- Bachelor’s Degree / B.E / B.Tech in Civil Engineering is mandatory.- Minimum 8 years of experience in contracting companies.- Mandatory experience in high-rise building projects.- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.- Good understanding of MEP systems and coordination processes.- Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.- Ability to manage multiple project priorities and meet deadlines effectively.Benefits- Salary with benefits as per industry standards.- Opportunity to work with a leading Tier 1 contracting company in the UAE.Immediately available candidates will be given preference.
