Micron Technology is a world leader in innovating memory and storage solutions that accelerate the transformation of information into intelligence, inspiring the world to learn, communicate and advance faster than ever. ## Job Description Summary As the Sr Mgr, OMT Metro Application at Micron, you will have the opportunity to drive world-class solutions that support yield ramp, detection gap closure, and matching consistency. Join us in Taiwan to play a pivotal role in our ambitious journey to achieve flawless HVM/NPI execution across multiple technology nodes! ## Responsibilities * Develop Metro application approach to support yield ramp, detection enhancement, and margin improvement. * Collaborate with Metro related equipment suppliers on roadmap alignment, application gaps, and new function evaluation. * Establish and share BKMs, lessons learned, and standard application methodologies across fabs. * Manage cross-functional resources to close technical gaps and drive project execution. * Collaborate with Cram, TD, and Global Procurement to drive supplier competitiveness and cost optimization. * Develop Metro Application engineers through organized training, mentoring, and domain rotation. ## Requirements * Masters/Bachelor’s in Engineering with over 10 years’ experience. * At least 3 years in a management role. * Relevant working experience in Metrology. * Proven capability of dealing with complexity and an ability to apply resources effectively to bring clarity to required actions. * Demonstrated ability to solve problems across multi-functional groups, both within and outside the department. * Good communication skills, maintaining strong and open relationships with peer groups and appropriate team members in other functional areas such as Process Integration Engineering, Quality Systems, Production Operations Management, and Purchasing.
