Implements manufacturing techniques, processes, tools, and machinery to maximize throughput; performs research on products and manufacturing processes and shares the same with senior engineers.

Job Requirements

• JOB SUMMARY

  • Cable连接器制造工艺开发（塑胶零部件模具设计和制造，包括各类Cable线材模具），整体制造工艺负责人，指导团队进行最佳可制造工艺和最佳成本工艺开发。
  • 模具装配工艺和工具的概念设计和验证
  • 从LVM到HVM的模具设计和鉴定、问题发现和问题解决方面的技术负责人和故障排除者
  • 标准模具结构的标准开发和制造者
  • 模具供应商的技术领导人和决策者
  • 配合成品组装进行注塑模具创新的领导者
  • 通过FACA/QC工具高效模具量产（产量、CPK、OEE……）
  • 同其他团队密切配合，从模具角度对产品设计和品质控制产生影响力，
  • 过程文件（DFM、FMEA、WI、FACA/QCPC……）

  JOB QUALIFICATIONS

  • 机械工程或高分子材料相关专业中专以上学历
  • 8年以上，有汽车连接器，汽车线缆连接器，高速传输线缆连接器相关塑胶模具设计经验
  • 以数据为导向的问题发现和解决能力
  • 对产品成本敏感，知道如何通过制造工艺开发和设计优化来降低成本。
  • 熟练使用3D和2D绘图软件；CREO最优
  • 了解质量控制和质量问题分析和改进
  • 良好的团队合作和沟通技巧
  • 逻辑沟通/观点表达能力强
  技能越优秀越好，教育水平越高越好。

What your background should look like

Generally requires Bachelors degree in appropriate field with a minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience; Masters degree or higher or local equivalent may be preferred at this level
