With plans to invest more than $150 billion globally over the next decade in groundbreaking manufacturing, Micron is looking for high-impact leaders to join our Facilities Construction team partner across the business to deliver complex programs safely, efficiently, and at scale. The work is fast paced, highly visible, and critical to Micron’s long-term growth.

As the Senior Manager of Facilities Construction – Progressive Build, you will lead large, multi-billion-dollar construction programs at Micron’s Boise site. This role is central to accelerating time-to-production through integrated base build, tool install, and facility readiness for our two greenfield HVM fab projects. You will drive leadership excellence across teams, influence senior stakeholders, and set the standard for safety, quality, and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end progressive build execution, integrating base build, tool install, and facility startup

  • Champion a zero-incident safety culture and ensure compliance with Micron EHS, quality, and regulatory requirements

  • Own capital and operating budgets, forecasting, cost control, and cost optimization strategies

  • Drive schedule execution, risk mitigation, and standardized project management practices

  • Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to align priorities and deliver results

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale construction or capital programs

  • Proven success building and managing complex, multi-disciplinary teams

  • Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost control

  • Excellent communication, decision-making, and risk management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or similar project management certification

  • Experience in semiconductor, data center, pharmaceutical, or advanced manufacturing environments

  • Experience with progressive build or fast-track project delivery models

  • Track record of schedule acceleration while maintaining safety and quality

  • Experience scaling organizations in fast-paced, high-growth environments
