Job Responsibilities 1\. Transportation Management * Monitor inbound and outbound shipments. * Analyze freight costs and carrier performance. * Track shipment delays and implement corrective actions. * Optimize transportation routes and modes (air, ocean, road, rail). 2\. Supply Chain Analysis * Analyze logistics data and KPIs. * Identify trends, bottlenecks, and opportunities for improvement. * Support supply chain network optimization initiatives. * Conduct root cause analysis for service failures. 3\. Cost Optimization * Identify logistics cost-saving opportunities. * Analyze freight spend and budget performance. * Support carrier contract reviews and rate negotiations. * Track savings from consolidation, mode shifts, and process improvements. 4\. Order Fulfilment * Monitor and track shipment status * resolves custom and compliance issues * Ensure final delivery and order fulfilment 5\. Reporting & Performance Management * Develop logistics dashboards and reports. * Track key metrics such as: * On-Time Delivery (OTD) * Freight Cost per Unit * Transit Time * Inventory Turns * Warehouse Productivity * Carrier Performance 6\. Risk & Compliance Management * Monitor shipment security and compliance requirements. * Ensure adherence to customs regulations and trade compliance. * Support risk mitigation and business continuity planning. * Manage logistics audit findings and corrective actions. 7\. Systems & Data Management * Maintain logistics data in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.). * Utilize BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel. * Support system enhancements and process automation. * Ensure data accuracy and integrity. * Leverage Artificial Intelligence to analyze Data and generate Reports ## Job Requirements * Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline. * Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in logistics, transportation, or supply chain operations. * Preference will be given to candidates with hands-on experience in import/export control within the semiconductor industry. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to evaluate situations from both shipper and logistics service provider perspectives. * Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and all organizational levels. * Experience working with international and global logistics service providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers. * Professional certifications in Customs, TradeNet, Dangerous Goods (DG) Handling, Trade Compliance, or related fields will be an added advantage. * Demonstrates strong digital acumen, including proficiency with data analytics tools and a working knowledge of AI-powered tools and technologies to improve operational efficiency. Preferred Competencies: * Knowledge of international trade regulations, customs requirements, and trade compliance practices. * Familiarity with semiconductor supply chain and logistics operations. * Ability to drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize logistics processes.
