Sr IT Architect

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
• 3+ years of experience working with HPC systems, cluster management, and parallel computing environments
• Strong knowledge of HPC architectures, job schedulers (e.g., Slurm, PBS), and cluster management tools like HPCM
• Experience with Linux/Unix operating systems, scripting languages such as Python or Bash, and performance tuning
• Strong Linux administration skills
• Storage experience managing HPC environments.
• Familiarity with storage systems and networking technologies relevant to HPC environments

• Advanced degrees in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields
• Experience with cloud-based HPC solutions and hybrid cloud architectures
• Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams
• Experience with parallel programming models such as MPI or OpenMP

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, deploy, and manage high-performance computing clusters and related infrastructure to support complex workloads.
• Optimize HPC systems for performance, scalability, and reliability through tuning and configuration management.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams to understand computational requirements and provide technical support.
