Position Overview As a Global Assembly & Test Strategic PMO at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for collaborating with leadership teams to drive strategic projects and programs to deliver outcomes towards strategic objectives. You will be responsible for managing and coordinating different projects/programs to achieve the business goals and objectives. You will be expected to advocate, mentor, and develop team members on programs and projects for the leadership team, while playing a key role in supporting communications, strengthening organizational clarity, connection, and alignment across the network. In this role, you will shape and execute communication strategies that elevate visibility across Global Assembly & Test. Through thoughtful communication, structured program management, and a deep understanding of global stakeholder needs, you will help foster transparency, engagement, execution discipline, and a cohesive strategic narrative across the Global Assembly & Test organization Key Responsibilities and Tasks * Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement strategic programs that align with the overall objectives of the Global Assembly & Test organization. * Drive delivery of IPP Goals Performance and key priorities of Cost, Scale, Quality, Cycle Time and People. * Provide oversight and guidance, fostering consensus among operational sites and central teams for successful execution of critical projects. * Provide accurate and timely reports on critical issues for the Senior VP to support effective decision-making processes. * Coordinate essential meetings, monitor operational progress, and review key performance indicators for the leadership team. * Engage with global cross-functional teams and network PMOs to drive operational progress and deliver on strategic priorities. * Serve as the liaison between the Senior VP and both internal and external stakeholders. * Organize and facilitate Global Assembly & Test summits and related events. * Integrates AI-assisted tools and insights into daily work to improve efficiency, quality, or effectiveness, exercising sound judgment and complying with organizational standards and legal requirements. * Contributes to a culture of continuous improvement by identifying, testing, and sharing AI-enabled enhancements within one’s scope of work. * Serve as the editor, primary content manager, and visual designer for the newsletters and communications. Partner with subject matter experts to curate, write, edit, and distribute compelling stories that highlight strategic initiatives, key achievements, and culture‑building efforts across the organization. * Develop executive‑ready presentation materials with strong visual storytelling and a clear, strategic narrative. Shape and refine key messages, ensuring cohesive flow and alignment to organizational priorities. Partner closely with stakeholders—including PMO, leadership teams, HRBPs, site leaders, and central functions—to gather inputs and drive content alignment through structured review cycles. * Lead executive reviews, ensuring precise and timely incorporation of feedback. Oversee pre‑event communications and logistics, provide essential video production support, and finalize post‑event deliverables for internal platforms. * Coordinate ad‑hoc requests for video filming, editing, and production. Partner with stakeholders to develop engaging multimedia content supporting strategic messaging, large‑scale expansion programs, AI transformation, and organizational initiatives. Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in engineering, or related discipline; or equivalent relevant work experience. * Experience or understanding of Global Assembly & Test operations is highly preferred. * Excellent and strong spoken and written skills, with the ability to translate complex technical content into clear and compelling messages is highly preferred. * Experience in corporate communications or event planning/management is highly preferred. * Experience in multimedia production (e.g., video filming and software editing) is highly preferred. * Ability to apply baseline digital fluency and role‑appropriate AI literacy to use AI‑enabled tools responsibly and effectively for research, analysis, content creation, problem‑solving, operational tasks, and achieving business outcomes.
