Special Project Officer

Location: Office-based (with nationwide travel)Reporting to: CEOPosition Overview We are seeking an elite, high-achieving Special Project Officer to work directly alongside ourCEO. This is a fast-paced, high-exposure role designed for a top-tier graduate whois eager to learn the intricacies of the Solar EPC industry and executive management. Youwill be at the forefront of business growth, accompanying the CEO to high-level client meetingsand assisting in the execution of strategic sales.Key Responsibilities• Executive Support: Provide comprehensive assistance to the CEO, managing day to-day business requirements and ensuring seamless coordination of high-priority tasks.• Client Engagement: Accompany the CEO to meetings with key stakeholders andcorporate clients; assist in preparing presentations and follow-up communications.• Business Development: Support the initial stages of the sales cycle, including leadidentification, market research, and client relationship management.• Nationwide Travel: Travel across Malaysia as required to support project site visits,client negotiations, and business events.• Communication Bridge: Act as a professional liaison between the CEO’s office andinternal/external parties.Requirements• Academic Excellence: A Fresh Graduate with a CGPA of 3.9 and above• Experience: 0–1 year of working experience.• Language Proficiency: Must be highly proficient (written and spoken) in English,Mandarin, and Malay to effectively communicate with a diverse client base.• Mobility: Possession of a valid driver’s license, own transport, and a willingness to travel nationwideon short notice.• Core Competencies: Exceptional interpersonal skills, a proactive "can-do" attitude,and the ability to maintain strict confidentialityBenefitsDirect mentorship from an industry leader. • Fast-track career progression within the renewable energy sector.
