Job Description

• Kitchen Support: Oversee kitchen activities and staff.

• Quality Control: Maintain high food quality and consistency.

• Inventory: Manage kitchen inventory and supplies.

• Compliance: Adhere to hygiene and food safety regulations.

Qualifications

Skills:

• Culinary diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience as Sous Chef.

• Leadership and organizational skills.

• Previous experience specialized in Asian Cuisine (Sushi)

Working Conditions:

• Full-time position

• Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays
