The role requires real depth in global employment: EOR, payroll, compliance, and how they interact across countries.You'll be the person prospects lean on when they have hard questions. That means knowing the domain well enough to go deep when it matters, and being good enough in front of people to keep things moving.What You'll DoPartner with AEs on discovery to uncover compliance, payroll, and integration requirementsScope and design solutions across EOR, global payroll, and benefitsDeliver demos tied to what the prospect is actually trying to solveNavigate multi-country scenarios across NAMER, EMEA, and APACRespond to RFPs and security questionnairesSurface product gaps and feed them back to the Product team with deal contextSupport handoffs to Implementation and CSM with clear, scoped notesContribute to team resources: country guides, objection libraries, demo environmentsWhat We're Looking For3-6 years in a customer-facing role: SC, SE, AE, CSM, or ImplementationExperience in EOR, global payroll, HRIS, or international HR tech (Deel, Remote, Rippling, Oyster, ADP, Workday, etc.)Comfortable presenting and demoing - can hold a room and hold a conversation at the same timeAble to make complex topics clear without oversimplifyingUnderstands how deals move and where they tend to get stuckBased in AustraliaUseful but not requiredExperience across multiple geographies or employment modelsBackground in compliance, HR ops, or global mobilityFamiliarity with integration patterns (HRIS connectors, payroll, SSO)Apply for this positionAutofill from resumeSave time by uploading your resume.
