Description Remedio is a cybersecurity company building the next generation of Device Posture Management.Our platform helps enterprise organizations detect and automatically remediate security misconfigurations, vulnerabilities, and risky changes -safely, instantly, and at scale.Founded in 2019 by cybersecurity entrepreneur Tal Kollender, Remedio started as a bootstrapped company and grew profitably with paying customers from day one.After raising $65M in our first funding round, led by Bessemer Venture Partners, we are expanding rapidl, growing both our platform and engineering teams as we continue building a category-defining security product.This is an opportunity to join a highly technical team at an exciting stage of growth, with the ability to make a real impact on the product, architecture, and engineering culture.About the TeamOur Core Sensor team develops the foundational technology behind Remedio’s platform-powering real-time posture analysis, security visibility, and automated remediation at enterprise scale.The team works on high-scale, cross-platform infrastructure designed to help organizations continuously detect, analyze, and safely resolve security and configuration risks across their environments.About the RoleWe are looking for a hands-on Team Leader to one of the most critical engineering teams at Remedio.In this role, you will manage a team of ~5 engineers responsible for building and evolving the core infrastructure behind our platform.This is a deeply technical leadership role, and you will drive architecture and technical direction while remaining close to the technology and engineering challenges themselves.
