A Platform Science está em busca de um Software Development Engineer in Test proativo(a) e qualificado(a) para contribuir com a qualidade dos nossos produtos de software em constante crescimento. Você atuará no desenvolvimento e manutenção de frameworks de automação e scripts de teste. Ao integrar a qualidade em nossa esteira de CI/CD e colaborar de perto com os times de desenvolvimento, você desempenhará um papel fundamental na garantia de soluções de software confiáveis e de alto desempenho.

Responsabilidades principais:

  • Colaborar no design, desenvolvimento e manutenção de frameworks e scripts de automação de testes usando linguagens de programação (ex.: Java, Kotlin).
  • Integrar e aprimorar a automação de testes no pipeline de CI/CD para testes contínuos.
  • Desenvolver e executar testes automatizados em várias camadas da aplicação, incluindo testes unitários, de integração, de API e de interface gráfica (UI).
  • Colaborar de forma eficaz com desenvolvedores de software para entender o design e a implementação do código, fornecendo feedbacks valiosos sobre a testabilidade.
  • Participar de revisões de código (code reviews) para identificar potenciais problemas de qualidade e garantir o cumprimento dos padrões de codificação.
  • Criar e manter ambientes de teste eficientes, além de gerenciar dados de teste de forma eficaz.
  • Analisar resultados de testes, identificar a causa raiz de falhas e trabalhar em parceria com a equipe de desenvolvimento para implementar soluções.
  • Contribuir para a melhoria dos nossos processos e ferramentas de desenvolvimento e teste de software.
  • Defender e promover as melhores práticas de qualidade ao longo do ciclo de vida de desenvolvimento.
  • Monitorar e analisar métricas-chave de qualidade (ex.: cobertura de testes, tendências de defeitos) para identificar oportunidades de melhoria.
  • Manter-se atualizado(a) sobre metodologias, ferramentas e tecnologias de teste relevantes, compartilhando conhecimento com a equipe.
  • Participar ativamente das cerimônias ágeis, fornecendo contribuições valiosas sobre qualidade e testabilidade.
  • Eventualmente, contribuir para testes de desempenho e segurança sob orientação.

Requisitos Necessários:

  • Conhecimentos de programação em pelo menos uma linguagem (ex.: Python, Java, Go).
  • Experiência na utilização e manutenção de frameworks de automação de testes (ex.: Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, JUnit, TestNG, PyTest).
  • Experiência com ferramentas de teste de API (ex.: Postman, RestAssured).
  • Familiaridade com pipelines de CI/CD (ex.: Jenkins, GitHub Actions, CircleCI).
  • Capacidade de aprendizado contínuo e interesse em evoluir nos princípios de teste de software e metodologias ágeis.
  • Excelentes habilidades analíticas, de resolução de problemas e depuração (debugging).
