Software Engineer II

​​Drive well-scoped design and implementation work for cloud-native infrastructure used by Azure Observability services across multiple environments. Own production-quality features end to end, including design, coding, validation, deployment, monitoring, and live-site support. Partner with adjacent infrastructure, observability, and platform teams to align dependencies, clarify ownership, and deliver supportable solutions. Participate in on-call and incident response; use learnings from live-site issues to improve automation, telemetry, troubleshooting guides, and prevention mechanisms. Experience with modern AI technologies, including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG-based solutions, and cloud-scale data platforms.​ Embody our culture and values ​​Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 2+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience.​ Ability to apply AI-driven innovations to improve developer productivity, operational efficiency, and customer experiences. Experience partnering across teams to deliver infrastructure capabilities with clear ownership and supportability. Experience with React, JavaScript, Knockout, C# or similar programming languages. ​
