Apple’s Identity Management Services (IdMS) Quality Engineering group is looking for a highly motivated, result-oriented Engineer with a strong background in Software Development and Quality Engineering to join its team of highly skilled software engineers. You will be responsible for overseeing quality of the features that customers use on Apple Account Identity platforms and applications in a fast-paced dynamic environment. Your job is to keep our high-quality bar set high, and to help us identify and execute ways to raise it even higher. The Quality Engineer in this role will play a key role in delivering highly critical Identity Management features to customers on iOS, macOS and Web in addition to supporting the development of test frameworks for automation & test management tools. We are looking for a passionate and driven engineer with experience in Quality engineering, developing tools and testing complex systems.
In this role, you’ll be involved in testing the features on Web, iOS, macOS and other operating systems. Develop test plans and test cases with the goal of 100% automation and reduction of regression test cycles You will help with developing and maintaining automated test frameworks for exercising various features and continuously look for opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
As part of IdMS team, you’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional partners, project teams and clients to develop test plans, execute test plans and test cases, and deliver high quality products
Act as a strong advocate for quality in the software development process. Identify gaps or inefficiencies in workflows and suggest necessary process improvements.
