Social Content Designer – Instagram, LinkedIn & Brand Creative | Remote

About the Role
At Pavago, one of our clients is hiring a Social Content Designer with strong visual taste and the ability to turn an existing library of photography, brand assets, and creative direction into polished, ready-to-publish social content.
You won’t be starting from a blank canvas. The brand direction and assets will be provided. Your job is to consistently transform them into high-quality Instagram and LinkedIn posts, graphics, and carousels, while maintaining a backlog of finished creative that is ready to post.
This role is ideal for a designer who understands social-first design, visual consistency, and how to work efficiently within an established brand.
What You’ll Own
Social Content Design
- Design polished content for Instagram and LinkedIn
- Create single-image posts, graphics, and multi-slide carousels
- Turn existing photography and brand assets into engaging social creative
- Translate provided creative direction into finished designs
- Maintain consistent visual quality across all social content
- Adapt creative for different social formats and placements
Brand & Visual Consistency
- Work within established brand guidelines and creative direction
- Maintain consistency across typography, layout, imagery, and visual hierarchy
- Use strong design judgment to elevate existing assets
- Ensure every piece of content feels cohesive with the broader brand
- Organize and reuse brand assets efficiently without making content feel repetitive
Content Production & Backlog
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of completed social creative
- Build and maintain a backlog of finished content ready to publish
- Manage multiple creative requests simultaneously
- Incorporate feedback efficiently and accurately
- Keep design files and creative assets organized
- Deliver finished assets in the appropriate formats for social publishing
Requirements
- Professional experience in graphic design, social media design, content design, or a similar creative role
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail
- Portfolio demonstrating high-quality social media or digital design work
- Experience designing content for Instagram and/or LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of layout, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy
- Ability to work effectively from existing creative direction and brand assets
- Comfortable producing content consistently and at volume
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage a creative backlog
- Ability to receive feedback and translate it quickly into polished creative
Preferred Skills
- Strong experience with Figma
- Experience with Adobe Illustrator
- Experience with Adobe Photoshop
- Experience designing social media carousels
- Familiarity with designing for both Instagram and LinkedIn
- Experience working within established brand systems
- Ability to work effectively with large photography and creative asset libraries

What a Typical Day Looks Like
You may start by reviewing the existing content backlog and upcoming creative needs, then select photography and brand assets to turn into Instagram or LinkedIn content.
Throughout the day, you’ll design posts and carousels in Figma, Illustrator, or Photoshop, incorporate feedback, prepare final assets, and organize completed creative so there is always content ready to publish.
In short: we provide the direction and assets; you turn them into polished social content and keep the content pipeline full.
