Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily inbound and outbound shipments.
- Ensure timely receipt of materials and delivery of finished goods.
- Prepare and verify shipping and customs documentation.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with FIZ, Customs, and company procedures.
- Monitor inventory transactions and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve shipment, receiving, and inventory discrepancies.
- Support cycle counts and physical inventory activities.
- Lead and guide shipping and receiving team members.
- Drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse, or logistics operations.
- Experience in a manufacturing and FIZ environment preferred.
- Knowledge of import/export procedures and Customs regulations.
- Familiar with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or equivalent.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
