SMT Engineer

This role focuses on end-to-end ownership of SMT equipment and process reliability, from maintaining high-precision machinery (Printers, SPI, Pick-and-Place, Reflow) to achieving aggressive OEE and CPH targets. You will drive NPI integration and Industry 4.0 initiatives by validating process stability through statistical analysis (Cp/Cpk, GR&R) while ensuring strict adherence to IPC quality standards and rapid CAPA resolution.RequirementsDrive the performance and reliability of a full-scale SMT line (including Panasonic/ASM placement, Koh Young SPI, and AOI) by managing precision calibration and PM schedulesMaximize line efficiency by hitting aggressive OEE and CPH targets while utilizing root-cause analysis to eliminate recurring technical failures.Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) setups, optimizing everything from stencil design and reflow profiles to validating stability through Cp/Cpk, MSA, and GR&R studiesSpearhead smart manufacturing initiatives, including MES/SAP integration, real-time data dashboards, and ensuring SECS/GEM equipment connectivityAct as the technical authority for IPC-A-610 compliance, leading deep-dive investigations into complex defects (bridging, voiding, etc.) and driving global CAPA resolutionsPartner with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to support rigorous quality audits and supplier qualifications​Benefits- Attrative Salary Package- Chance to be a part of company transformationThis role focuses on end-to-end ownership of SMT equipment and process reliability, from maintaining high-precision machinery (Printers, SPI, Pick-and-Place, Reflow) to achieving aggressive OEE and CPH targets.
