Responsibilities and Tasks: • Establish and improve process condition and technology. • Upgrade process capability and reduce production cost. • Establish and modify process management projects. • Set up process parameters for a variety of semiconductor equipment. • Evaluation, promotion and planning of new equipment / materials. • Abnormal analysis and improvement. • Leverage AI-enabled and data-driven tools to support equipment troubleshooting, predictive analysis, process optimization, documentation generation, and operational excellence initiatives. • Apply AI-assisted solutions to improve problem-solving efficiency, reduce cycle time, and accelerate continuous improvement activities. Role Requirement / Skills / Experience • Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Material Science, or related field) • 2+ years of experience in semiconductor process engineering or manufacturing environment is preferred (fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level roles) • Familiar with semiconductor process flow and manufacturing equipment. • Basic knowledge of statistical analysis and problem-solving methodologies (e.g., SPC, DOE, RCA). • Ability to analyze process data and identify improvement opportunities. • Demonstrated ability and willingness to leverage AI-enabled tools and technologies to enhance productivity, data analysis, decision-making, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
