Job Description: Oversee & supervise overall operations of service centre CSI enhancement planning & execution Ensure all HMSB standard guideline procedures are implemented Lead, organize & manage the day to day function of the service centre to achieve the unit intake Increase the turnover and profitability of the service centre Handling of difficult & serious customer complaints Ensure that the service premises are well maintained, and cleanliness and tidiness are properly managed Job Requirements: Diploma/Degree in automotive/mechanical, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent Minimum 5 years working experience in automotive related business or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office Excellent communication skill Able to speak proficiently in English and Malay How to apply Boon Siew (Borneo) Sdn.
