JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operate and monitor CS systems to ensure smooth daily operations
- Work with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues
- Maintain service partner’s accounts/portfolio and track status of associated transactions
- Assist specific service projects/activities with costing & customer need assessments
- Analyze operational data to identify issues, trends, and opportunities for process improvement
- Collaborate with diverse functions (Sales, Marketing, Accounting, …) to develop & implement company program
- Other service jobs assigned by Head of department
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related fields
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience at similar roles in System/Data Operations, Data Planning or other related
- Experience in monitoring system operations, validating data, and ensuring accuracy across platforms
- Experience with CRM, ERP, or internal operation systems is an advantage
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, especially IT, to resolve system or process-related issues
- Good data handling skills; strong in Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI or reporting tools is a plus
- Passionate about researching and applying new technologies (AI, automation, bot,...)
- Fluent English
