Job Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Automotive or equivalent. Candidate with SKM/MLVK certificate or same position previously will be given advantage. Candidate must at least 1 year working experience as Service Advisor or Technician in Automotive industry or related field. Possess valid class D driving license. Responsibilites: Able to access customer’s needs and recommend appropriate solution. Able to prepare estimated repair cost/quotations and job completion time. Able to develop and maintain good relationship with customer. Follow-up on work and update customer accordingly. Friendly and personable character is a must to entertain customers.
