Job Overview
The Project Manager – Serial Production is responsible for managing projects in the serial production phase, ensuring stable operations, cost control, and compliance with quality, delivery, and performance targets.
Job Requirements
- Lead cross-functional activities during serial production to ensure on-time delivery and performance stability
- Monitor KPIs related to quality, cost, and delivery, and drive corrective actions where needed
- Act as main interface between production, quality, supply chain, and other stakeholders
- Manage changes impacting serial production (process, design, supplier, capacity)
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize production efficiency and reliability
- Evaluating project engineering designs and tracking project completion within budget and scheduling constraints.
- Reviewing reports of production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine or address execution problems.
- Participating in the development of project schedules, work plans, technical estimates, and design documents.
- Monitoring project health, safety and integrity through compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Ideal Background
- Bachelors degree in Relevant technical field
- Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible professional level experience in relevant technical field
- Good Command in English in both verbal and written form
- SAP is a nice to have
- Great communication as well as organization skills and proactive attitude
