Senior Warehouse Manager130-160KUpstate NYWe are looking for an experienced Senior Warehouse Manager to lead our e-commerce fulfillment operations. This role will oversee daily warehouse activities, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and team performance. The Senior Warehouse Manager will lead and oversee a team of 80+ employees, including warehouse staff and supervisors.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end e-commerce warehouse and fulfillment operations.Oversee receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and returns.Ensure fast and accurate order fulfillment and on-time shipping.Manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts using WMS/ERP systems.Lead, train, and develop warehouse teams and supervisors.Monitor KPIs including productivity, accuracy, fulfillment speed, and shipping performance.Improve warehouse processes, efficiency, and operating costs.Ensure a safe, organized, and high-performing warehouse environment.Work closely with Operations, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Logistics teams.Requirements4+ years of warehouse/fulfillment management experience, preferably in e-commerce.Strong experience with WMS, inventory management, and order fulfillment.Proven leadership and team-management skills.Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume e-commerce environment.
