City: Culver City, CAOnsite/ Hybrid/ Remote: Hybrid (3-4 days a week onsite)Duration: 4 months from start date, opportunity to extendRate Range: Upto $107/hr on W2Work Authorization: GC, USC, All valid EADs except H1B, OPT, CPTMust Have:10+ years of experience across payroll, Time & Attendance, and enterprise system implementationsDeep experience supporting union payroll and Collective Bargaining AgreementsStrong knowledge of overtime, meal penalties, shift premiums, guarantees, minimum calls, and turnaround rulesExperience with UKG Pro, Workday, Infor, or similar Time, Payroll, or HCM platformsTime & Attendance system transformation and configuration experiencePayroll reconciliation, parallel testing, and data validation experienceIntegration experience across Time, Payroll, and HCM platformsResponsibilities:Lead end-to-end Time & Attendance transformation initiativesManage project governance, schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliveryTranslate union agreements and payroll policies into system rules and configurationsLead requirements workshops with payroll, HR, and business stakeholdersDocument functional requirements, workflows, business rules, and system requirementsIdentify process gaps and automation opportunitiesSupport integration design across Time, Payroll, and HCM platformsValidate data flows between Time & Attendance and payroll systemsDevelop and execute testing strategies, including parallel payroll validationPerform reconciliation between timekeeping and payroll outputsCoordinate system integrators and internal technical teamsSupport Agile sprint planning, testing, issue resolution, and implementationEnsure payroll data integrity, compliance, and audit readinessSupport implementation, training, rollout, and post-production stabilizationQualifications:10+ years of payroll, Time & Attendance, or payroll systems experienceProven experience leading complex Time & Attendance implementations or transformationsStrong functional knowledge of payroll calculations in unionized environmentsExperience interpreting Collective Bargaining Agreements and translating requirements into system functionalityExperience with enterprise payroll and HCM platformsStrong understanding of system integrations and payroll data flowsExperience leading functional testing, reconciliation, and parallel payroll activitiesExperience managing large-scale enterprise technology projectsNice to Have:Entertainment or other highly unionized industry experienceAgile delivery experienceExperience working with third-party system integratorsPayroll compliance and audit experienceLarge enterprise Time & Attendance transformation experience
