Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot voice gateways, session border controllers (SBCs), call routing, and SIP trunking. Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to increase reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency. Create and maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and configuration records. Provide technical support for complex telecommunications incidents. Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.Support moves, adds, changes (MACDs) across global user baseDesign, implement, and support enterprise telecommunications infrastructure, including VoIP, SIP, PBX, unified communications, and contact center platforms.
