Job description
As a Senior Technical Project Manager (TPM), you will lead complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives across GTM Effectiveness, including Global Model Office (GMO) transformation programs. This role will drive disciplined execution, cross-functional alignment, delivery readiness, and visibility across key projects, stakeholder impacts, decisions, risks, dependencies, and business outcomes. You will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, IT, Product, and GTM Effectiveness teams to manage workstreams, milestones, stage gates, dependencies, risks, operational readiness, stakeholder alignment, and benefits realization across large-scale transformation programs. To be successful, you must combine strong project management discipline with systems thinking, operational expertise, and the ability to influence across teams. You can effectively connect business processes, technical solutions, user workflows, and measurable outcomes across complex environments and multiple platforms. This role reports to GTM Effectiveness leadership and works closely with the relevant program or transformation leader based on assigned portfolio priorities.
