In this role, you will serve as a trusted technical advisor, working closely with prospects, customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless adoption and integration of Healthie’s platform. You’ll bridge the gap between technical solutions and business needs, helping customers unlock the full potential of our platform while driving successful implementations.In this role, you'll actively participate in customer calls, providing technical expertise during pre-sales and post-sales conversations. You'll guide customers through solution design, API integrations, data migrations, and system configurations to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. A big part of your job will be working directly with customers to understand their unique challenges and develop tailored solutions that meet their needs. By building strong relationships, you’ll help customers maximize the value of our platform and foster long-term partnerships.You’ll also play a critical role in troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing product adoption, and ensuring seamless integrations with third-party systems. Your ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders will be key to driving successful outcomes. Additionally, you’ll collaborate closely with our Product, Engineering, and Support teams, sharing valuable feedback from customer interactions.
