Our Team Bloomberg’s Workplace Productivity team builds internal solutions across Microsoft 365/Azure and Google Workspace for over 25,000 employees. We partner closely with the product team in discovering the real problem from the businesses, shaping the approach, and delivering production‑ready solutions. The Role As a member of the Workplace Productivity team, you’ll be part builder, part platform explorer, and part trusted advisor: you’ll help turn the “latest and greatest” capabilities from Microsoft and Google into secure, governed solutions that internal teams can rely on. Because these technologies evolve quickly, we focus on adopting new features responsibly – establishing, where appropriate, governance and lifecycle management to ensure long‑term reliability, security, and alignment with internal standards. You’ll need to have · 5+ years of experience in software development, specializing in building production services and automation solutions using C#, Python and PowerShell. · A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
