Senior Software Engineer

Design, implement, test, deploy, maintain, and improve our software components and services. Lead initiatives to deliver complex features, substantially improve product quality, and transform operations within the team. Pioneer the use state-of-the-art new technologies. Lead code reviews to ensure all quality standards are met and by modeling best practices. Work with Product Managers, Architects and UX Designers to design and specify new features from the engineering standpoint. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 4+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python These requirements include but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Master's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 6+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. Deep technical understanding of large software systems, platform engineering, or developer tools. Track record of building and evolving customer feedback programs at scale. Understanding of AI/ML concepts for workflow automation. Collaboration and communication skills. Proven knowledge of cloud technologies (Azure preferred). Experience with large-scale systems and API design.
