Senior Software Engineer

Build modern web applications, APIs, and cloud-native services using Azure technologies for sales enablement and advertiser lifecycle management. Contribute to the evolution of the CRM ecosystem and transformation from OneCRM to TrueCRM, driving modernization and improved user experiences. Develop and integrate AI-powered capabilities, including Copilot experiences, intelligent recommendations, conversational workflows, predictive insights, and automation. Partner with Product Managers, Applied Scientists, Data Scientists, and engineers to deliver innovative, customer-centric solutions. Build scalable backend services, distributed systems, APIs, and data platforms using Azure cloud services and modern engineering practices. Drive engineering excellence through code reviews, testing automation, observability, reliability, security, and performance optimization. Mentor engineers and contribute to a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning. Evaluate and adopt emerging technologies including Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, Copilot extensibility, and intelligent automation frameworks. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field AND 8+ years technical engineering experience with coding in languages including, but not limited to, C, C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, or Python OR equivalent experience. 5+ years of software engineering experience building enterprise-scale applications and cloud services. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Solid full-stack development skills using C#, .NET, React/TypeScript, REST APIs, and modern web technologies. Knowledge of software design patterns, DevOps, CI/CD, security, reliability, and operational excellence. Experience building or integrating AI-powered solutions, including Copilot experiences, intelligent automation, or Generative AI capabilities. Solid problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
