The Expertise You Have

• Expertise in developing and supporting real-time NiFi integration tools to pull data from various AWS services and integration to storage systems.
• Experience with Java, JSF, JS and Python Scripting
• Experience with the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform (S3, Lambda,SQS)
• Good Experience with Jenkins, Maven, Apache Nifi, Sonar and Linux
• Expertise in building and testing large-scale AWS cloud-native digital enterprise applications on micro-services, serverless and event-driven architectures.
• Ownership of the entire secure SDLC, and extensive experience with DevOps CI/CD practices, TDD, BDD to rapidly deliver, measure, and iterate features to customers while minimizing risk using practices blue-green deployments and feature toggles.

The Skills You Bring

• A proven foundation in software engineering – bachelor’s degree + preferred, 6+ years’ experience.
• Hands on experience working with Java, JSF, JS and Python Scripting.
• Proficiency in Java with strong experience in design, development and testing of web based systems
• Strong Knowledge of RDBMS (Oracle) including writing SQL scripts.
• Good understanding on memory management in jvm
• Must have Experience with the Amazon Web Services (AWS) platform (S3, Lambda,SQS)
• Good Experience with Jenkins, Maven, Apache Nifi, Sonar and Linux
• Experience with agile engineering practices such as TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Integration, automated testing and deployment
• Good to have knowledge in Spring framework
• Well-versed and active user of GitHub
• Strong experience on service oriented architecture using Rest/SOAP. Knowledge on micro services architecture has added advantage
• Good knowledge of Java SWT/Swing GUI
• Excellent communication and influencing skills to facilitate collaboration across technology and business partners without having a direct authority over people.
