Role Summary:
Lead a cross-functional pod to deliver high-impact digital products with predictable cadence, quality, and business value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives.
- Drive sprint execution, dependency management, and risk mitigation.
- Partner with Product Owner and engineering leads to maintain a healthy, prioritized backlog.
- Track and improve delivery metrics (lead time, throughput, predictability).
- Remove blockers and foster ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with architecture, operations, security, and governance functions.
AI Skills for This Role:
- Use AI tools to accelerate planning artifacts, action tracking, and delivery reporting.
- Use AI for meeting summarization, risk pattern detection, and follow-up generation.
- Apply responsible AI usage standards across the pod.
- Validate AI-generated outputs before team adoption.
