The future is borderless. Let’s build it together.About the RoleWe are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that power our core business operations - spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. You will collaborate closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Customer Success stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions.This is a hands-on technical role with significant scope for ownership, architectural input, and cross-functional impact.Key ResponsibilitiesSalesforce Development· Design and develop scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and declarative tools· Build and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and record types· Develop and deploy integrations between Salesforce and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms· Lead technical design reviews and contribute to architectural decisions across the Salesforce platformAdministration & Configuration· Manage Salesforce configuration including profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules· Administer and optimize Experience Cloud portals (community setup, membership, access control)· Maintain data quality through deduplication rules, validation logic, and governance frameworks· Monitor system performance, debug issues, and proactively address platform risksIntegrations & CPQ· Support or lead CPQ configuration and customization (DealHub)· Design integration architecture for bi-directional data flows between Salesforce and external tools· Collaborate with RevOps on quoting workflows, approval routing, and pricing logicStakeholder Collaboration· Work with RevOps, Sales Ops, and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions· Communicate technical trade-offs and delivery timelines clearly to non-technical audiences· Participate in sprint planning, code reviews, and technical documentationRequired Qualifications· 5–8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience· Strong proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, batch, future, queueable), LWC, and SOQL/SOSL· Deep experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud; working knowledge of Experience Cloud· Solid understanding of Salesforce data model, governor limits, and platform best practices· Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations· Proficiency in Salesforce deployment tools· Familiarity with CPQ platforms (DealHub, Salesforce CPQ, or equivalent)· Strong understanding of Salesforce security model (OWD, roles, profiles, permission sets)Nice to Have· Knowledge of Experience Cloud (communities, digital experiences, member portals)· Familiarity with CSAT tooling and third-party survey integrations within Salesforce· Exposure to Agile / Scrum delivery methodologies· Additional Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Sales Cloud Consultant, etc.)· Experience working in a SaaS or high-growth tech environment What We Offer:· High-impact role with the chance to play a key role in a rapidly growing company.· Full autonomy in your role, with the flexibility to work in a hybrid environment.· Work with a passionate, energetic, and diverse team.· Competitive benefits, recognition programs, and career development opportunities.· Attractive ESOPs, giving you a stake in the company’s success.· Comprehensive health insurance coverage for you and your family’s well-being.· Generous holiday policy.· A company that genuinely invests in your professional success.Equal Employment OpportunityMultiplier is an equal opportunity employer: we value diversity.
