Your expertise will help us prevent costly downtime, extend equipment life, and ensure our manufacturing lines run at peak performance. You’ll be the bridge between engineering, maintenance, and production—turning data into actionable insights, and insights into measurable improvements that keep our customers satisfied and our operations thriving.
Your responsibilities
- Lead root cause analysis (RCA) investigations for recurring equipment failures and implement sustainable corrective actions.
- Develop and optimize preventive and predictive maintenance programs using tools like vibration analysis, thermography, and oil analysis.
- Analyze production loss data to identify high-cost, high-impact reliability risks and prioritize improvement projects.
- Collaborate with design and process engineering teams to ensure reliability is built into new equipment and processes from day one.
- Manage and interpret reliability metrics such as MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures) and MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) to guide decision-making.
- Opportunity to manage a small team focused on execution of reliability tasks.
- Mentor engineers and maintenance staff in reliability best practices and problem-solving methodologies.
The experience we're looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

- Hands-on experience with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) and data analysis software.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment design, and maintenance strategies.
- Excellent communication skills to influence cross-functional teams and drive change.
- A proactive, analytical mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
