Job description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruiting for Field Service Technicians, Service Engineers, Supervisors, and related Services positions across four LATAM countries
  • Source and build talent pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter and local job boards
  • Execute country-specific hire processes and pre-employment compliance in partnership with regional HRBPs
  • Manage 20+ concurrent requisitions across multiple countries and role types
  • Maintain accurate, real-time data in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
  • Manage offer processes via PandaDoc including country-specific templates and approvals
  • Provide regular pipeline updates to hiring managers and recruiting leadership

Qualifications

  • +5 years full-cycle recruiting experience in Services or technical environments
  • Experience recruiting Services candidates across at a country level, being Mexico City and Bajio Region a must.
  • Proficient recruiting field services candidates using social media and multiple job boards: LinkedIn, OCC, El Empleo, Bumeran, CompuTrabajo), and employee referrals (Mandatory)
  • Proven experience field service electrical and mechanical technicians/engineers (Mandatory)
  • Fluent in English (Mandatory)
  • Proven record of partnering with technical local schools such as: CONALEP, CETIS, Bachilleres among others (Mandatory)
  • Proficiency with ATS systems (Oracle Recruiting Cloud preferred)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across time zones
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and Boolean sourcing techniques

Preferred

  • Experience recruiting for Field Service, HVAC, Electrical, or Critical Infrastructure roles
  • Familiarity with PandaDoc or similar e-signature platforms
  • Experience recruiting on a regional level (LATAM) is a plus and highly desirable

Work Environment

  • On-Site Role based either in Monterrey or Mexico City
  • 10–15% travel across Americas region
  • Cross-time-zone collaboration required
