Senior Project Manager

Job Description :We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead large, complex IT and enterprise initiatives focused on modernizing and replacing end-of-life solutions supporting community care. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery, including project planning, scope, schedule, budget, quality, resources, risks, procurement, communications, change management, and stakeholder engagement. The role requires strong experience working across both technical and clinical environments, managing dependencies and impacts, leading strategic enterprise initiatives, and building effective relationships with senior stakeholders and complex vendors. The ideal candidate will have significant experience with BC healthcare organizations or the BC Ministry of Health, including at least one year managing a large, complex IT project involving multiple BC healthcare organizations. Strong communication, analytical, organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project.
