Job SummaryJoin a dynamic and driven construction team delivering large-scale, fast-paced developments across Malaysia. As Senior Project Manager, you’ll take charge of the entire project lifecycle. You’ll oversee a well-structured team comprising contract, technical, QA/QC, safety, and site operations units to ensure seamless coordination and on-time delivery of complex logistics hubs, townships or high-rise buildings.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the overall execution and delivery of the project, ensuring alignment across internal teams (contracts, technical, QA/QC, safety, site ops) for smooth operations and shared outcomes.Act as the key point of coordination between consultants, clients, authorities, and subcontractors—building strong relationships, driving decisions, and managing expectations.Track construction progress closely against baseline timelines and cost forecasts; resolve delays and variances with decisive action.Monitor and analyze unit costs and daily site progress to ensure alignment with budget targets and operational efficiency.Identify risks and value engineering opportunities that impact cost, construction methodology, or delivery time; implement improvement strategies accordingly.Manage project cash flow, cost reporting, and budget health—proactively flagging issues and ensuring commercial targets are met.Provide guidance on contract administration and navigate contractual matters with foresight and clarity.Ensure quality standards and HSE compliance are upheld rigorously throughout the project duration.Drive project completion through to final handover and attainment of Practical Completion certification.RequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering or a project management related field.15–20 years of solid experience with a main contractor, managing end-to-end project delivery across high-value developments.Strong track record in industrial, logistics, high rise or township developmentsHighly analytical with deep understanding of cost reporting, project forecasting, and commercial risk mitigation.Experienced in leading multi-disciplinary construction teams with clear direction and performance expectations.Able to communicate effectively across technical and operational discussions.Job SummaryJoin a dynamic and driven construction team delivering large-scale, fast-paced developments across Malaysia.
