We’re a mid-sized, globally distributed B2B SaaS company empowering organizations with innovative digital solutions. With a strong product-led culture and international customer base, we’re scaling rapidly—and we’re looking for a Senior Product Operations Manager to bring structure, clarity, and strategic visibility to our growing product organization.

What to Expect

• Drive operational excellenceby optimizing product development workflows, team rituals, and cross-functional coordination
• Lead program executionfor complex product operations initiatives, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timely delivery
• Improve tooling and automationby identifying, implementing, and maintaining systems that streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
• Analyze reporting and metricsto generate insights and partner with Business Analysts on improvement initiatives
• Manage risks and dependenciesby proactively identifying roadblocks and driving resolution across teams
• Develop training and enablementresources, including documentation and onboarding materials for product teams
• Facilitate cross-functional communicationacross product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success
• Advocate for product operationsto increase alignment, transparency, and collaboration across the organization

What You Need to Be Successful

• 5+ years of experiencein Product Operations, Program Management, or a similar role, ideally in a B2B SaaS company
• Proven track recordof leading and scaling operational processes in cross-functional product organizations
• Experience with toolssuch as Jira, Confluence, Asana, and Coupa, plus data/reporting platforms (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Google Sheets)
• Strong analytical skillswith the ability to define and track operational KPIs
• Systems-thinking mindsetwith strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and strategic perspective
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels
• Experience working with globally distributed teams
• Familiarity with change management practices
• Exposure to technical domains(e.g., automation, AI/ML, personalization, analytics) is a plus
