· Develop a scalable content architecture that supports marketing, sales, and client-facing teams.

· Own the lifecycle of core product marketing assets from creation through adoption.

· Leverage AI-powered knowledge management tools to improve content discovery, reuse, and productivity.

· Establish processes that transform subject matter expertise into repeatable commercial assets.

Market Intelligence & Thought Leadership

· Monitor market trends across VOC, CX, AI, analytics, customer intelligence, and experience management.

· Conduct competitive analysis and deliver insights to leadership and go-to-market teams.

· Help develop thought leadership content that positions Concentrix as a leader in the evolving customer intelligence market.

· Support analyst engagement and industry benchmarking initiatives.

Performance & Optimization

· Measure adoption and effectiveness of sales enablement and product marketing assets.

· Track content utilization, campaign performance, and commercial impact.

· Continuously improve messaging and enablement based on market feedback and performance insights.
