Advise AOC's Managing Director and Management Team on matters related to AOC's strategic direction and objectives, and ensure AOC services are compliant with the needs of Saudi Aramco

General Profile

The Senior People Analytics & BI Analystis a critical partner within the organisation and responsible for driving workforce planning and reporting processes to ensure Aramco Europe has the right size, shape, talent, skills, and capabilities to meet both current and future business needs.

This role requires astrong analytical and advisory mindset, deep technical expertise inExcel automationandPower BI, and the ability to bringexternal labour market insightsinto workforce strategy. The candidate will also contribute toorganisational design, job architecture development, and compensation benchmarking, ensuring strategies align with the Aramco Europe operating model and growth objectives.


Functional Specific Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Workforce Planning, Reporting and Dashboards
  • Own and evolve theworkforce planning processes, integrating internal workforce data withexternal labour market insightsand future skill needs.
  • Develop, automate, and maintainworkforce planning reportsusingExcel, Excel Automations, Power BI, andSuccessFactorsreporting tools.
  • Build Dashboards for all levels, present the story behind the data in a compelling and insightful manner
  • Forecast workforce demand, considering factors such asbusiness growth, retirements, emerging skill needs, andmarket trends.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Planning,Finance and Business Leadersto align workforce planning withlabor budgeting processes, ensuring headcount, cost, and workforce analytics support organisational strategy.
  • Applypredictive analyticsto workforce data to anticipate risks (e.g., turnover, skill gaps) and create proactive talent plans.
  • Bring external perspective ontalent and skillsto improve workforce plans and talent supply strategies.

2. Organizational Design & Development

  • Partner Business Leaders to advise on organisational structures, span of control analysis, and job architecture development.
  • Support development of job scopes and ensure role clarity in alignment with strategic workforce plans of Aramco Europe.
  • Ensure job evaluations are aligned with the Korn Ferry or Hays methodology
  • Contribute to organisational development initiatives, identifying capability gaps and aligning learning and development initiatives with workforce planning outcomes.

Functional Specific Requirements

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor’s Degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or related field required
    8+ years of relevant experiencein strategic workforce planning, workforce analytics, or HR strategy roles within amid to large-sized organization
  • Strong expertise inworkforce reporting, headcount budgeting, and predictive analytics
  • Expert proficiency inExcel (including automation/macros)andPower BI
  • Experience withSAP SuccessFactors, particularly inreporting and analytics
  • Knowledge ofjob evaluation methodologies(Korn Ferry or Hays preferred; certification is an advantage)
  • Familiarity withorganizational design principlesandjob architecture development
  • Ability to translatedata insights into actionable workforce strategies
  • Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and advisory skills
  • Previous broader HR experience is preferable
