In this senior technical role, you’ll lead the architecture and implementation of greenfield features, focusing on building scalable, reliable systems that solve meaningful problems for our customers and their clients.As a Staff Engineer, you’ll collaborate across Product, Design, Data, and Engineering teams to identify and execute high-impact projects. Your work will span system design, backend and frontend development, and integration with third-party services, with opportunities to incorporate advanced AI capabilities such as intelligent automation and data-driven insights to enhance user experiences.You’ll play a key role in shaping the technical direction of Healthie’s platform, mentoring engineers, and driving innovation that positions Healthie as a leader in healthcare technology.
