Lean Certification (Green Belt or Black Belt) is mandatory.Experience: Minimum of 7 years in production and manufacturing engineering, with specific expertise in softgel encapsulation. Proven experience in project management, cost-saving initiatives, and continuous improvement is essential.Skills: Proficiency in GMPs, strong analytical and statistical skills, and the ability to manage capital projects.
