B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent 7+ years of relevant manufacturing or production engineering experienceProficiency in mechanical design, including fixture and assembly tooling designDemonstrated experience writing manufacturing work instructions and designing ergonomic manual workstationsAbility to interpret mechanical drawings and assemblies, including GD&THands-on experience across both prototype and production manufacturing environmentsProficiency in SolidWorks, CATIA, or similar CAD softwareStrong problem-solving skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
