Senior Manager - Specialty & Corporate Risk Solutions

YOUR ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for ensuring that all existing and new client requirements and expectations are fulfilled in terms of delivery, timeliness, efficiency and quality.
• Maintain existing client records and organize client file.
• Leverage customer research and end-to-end customer journeys to provide strategic leadership for the customer base.
• Analyze and implement sales and marketing strategies by demonstrating leadership to guide the team in achieving company goals and objectives.
• Enable cross-functional collaboration by working with all areas of the organization and partnerships to make customer-driven decisions and provide strategic and functional problem analysis and resolution.
• Strengthen customer relationships with prospects, insurers, reinsurers, and key target clients and sponsors.
• Lead the team and relevant parties in planning and implementing processes aligned with company objectives over time.
• Collaborate with and facilitate interactions among customers, internal staff, teams, insurers, reinsurers, related parties, sponsors, partners, and shareholders.
• Improve overall process setup, ensuring that associates have the best tools to perform their jobs and that the organization remains focused on efficiency and productivity.
• Carry out any additional assignments from superiors or shareholders.
