If the idea of building out the future sparks your imagination and intersects with your skills, we’d love to meet youAbout the RoleThe Senior Manager of Social and Campaigns drives how the brand shows up across owned social channels and integrated campaign moments. This person is a social media strategist and builder, someone who can develop a channel strategy from the ground up and grow an engaged community. They also bring hands-on content creation skills, copy and design, contributing to social and campaign content in partnership with the broader team. This person also supports the campaign arm of the team, which spans partnerships, product launches, experiential and event activations, and other brand initiatives, ensuring each of these efforts ties back to a cohesive social and content strategy. This role blends creative and analytical thinking, cultural fluency, and executional rigor across social and campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and own the brand's social media strategy across all channels, including platform approach, content pillars, voice and tone, and community growth.Build and manage an active, engaged brand community; turn existing customers into advocates and create genuine two-way relationships with followers.Identify and activate organic content opportunities that build credibility and extend reach in ways paid media cannot.Track engagement metrics and community sentiment; translate data into strategic recommendations that inform broader marketing decisions.Write and develop social copy, campaign messaging, and supporting content concepts, partnering with design as needed to ensure a consistent brand voice and visual identity across channels.Stay ahead of platform trends, algorithm shifts, and cultural moments to keep the brand relevant and responsive.Support and help shape the brand's campaign strategy, spanning partnerships, product launches, experiential and event activations, and other brand initiatives, and drive execution across each.Develop internal resources and processes to support consistent execution across campaign types and teams.Identify and prioritize campaign opportunities, including partnerships, launches, and activations, based on audience fit, brand alignment, and return potential.Define clear goals and success metrics for every campaign before investment is committed; track, report, and apply learnings continuously.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure social and campaign activity aligns with broader company priorities.Required Qualifications5 to 7 years of experience across social media strategy and content creation, with exposure to campaign or brand marketing, and at least 2 years leading the function.Demonstrated ability to build and execute social media strategy, not just manage existing channels; a track record of measurable community and engagement growth.Strong content creation skills, including copywriting and a solid eye for design, with the ability to brief and direct designers as needed.Deep fluency across major social platforms, with a strong point of view on how each should be used differently and an eye for what's emerging next.Experience identifying and activating organic content creators and community voices to build brand credibility.Experience managing the on-site execution of events or activations, from concept through day-of logistics.Strong analytical skills; comfortable building measurement frameworks and presenting performance to senior stakeholders.Experience managing agencies and vendors across multiple concurrent workstreams.Background in a consumer, lifestyle, outdoor/adventure, or premium product category, preferredHealthcare, Dental, Vision, 401k, Unlimited Paid Vacation Policy$149,000—$189,000 USDApply for this positionAutofill from resumeSave time by uploading your resume.
