Are you a seasoned Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) leader with a strong background in compliance and regulatory management? Our client, a leading organization in the infrastructure, power, and energy sector, is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – HSE Compliance to join their dynamic team in the UAE.About the RoleIn this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of HSE compliance programs across large-scale infrastructure and energy projects. You will ensure all operations align with local and international safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies — fostering a culture of safety, sustainability, and operational excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and lead HSE compliance strategies, policies, and frameworks aligned with UAE regulations and international best practices.Oversee risk assessments, audits, inspections, and incident investigations, ensuring timely corrective actions and continuous improvement.Liaise with government agencies and regulatory bodies to maintain full compliance with health, safety, and environmental laws.Drive safety culture initiatives across all levels of the organization, ensuring proactive risk management and operational safety.Provide leadership, training, and guidance to internal teams, contractors, and project partners on HSE standards and compliance expectations.Monitor industry trends, legislative changes, and technological advancements to update compliance programs and ensure best-in-class practices.RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you need to meet the following criteria: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Occupational Health & Safety, or a related field.
