We invest deeply in our people through skills‑based development, clear career pathways, and an inclusive, globally connected culture. ## ## Role Overview As Senior Manager, AI Transformation, you will lead the strategy, execution, and scaling of Micron Global Procurement’s agentic AI ecosystem. This role is responsible for driving AI adoption at scale, uplifting AI and automation capabilities across the global GP organization, and managing teams that design and deliver AI‑powered solutions using low‑code/no‑code and professional development platforms. This role spans both citizen developers and professional developers—from empowering business users to safely build AI‑assisted workflows, to guiding team members delivering production‑grade, enterprise agentic AI solutions. Strong focus areas include user experience, measurable business value, and responsible AI adoption. This is not an IT role, but it requires close partnership with IT, Security, Data, and Legal teams, along with proven experience leading developers and translating business needs into scalable AI solutions. ## Key Responsibilities ### ### AI Strategy, Enablement & Workforce Upskilling * Define and execute the GPCOE AI transformation roadmap, aligned with Global Procurement strategy and business outcomes * Design and deliver large‑scale AI enablement programs for hundreds of GP employees, spanning citizen developers, advanced users, and professional developers * Establish role‑based learning paths for low‑code/no‑code builders and professional AI developers, enabling safe experimentation and scalable delivery * Serve as a trusted advisor and internal consultant on practical AI usage, productivity gains, and responsible adoption ### Agentic AI Development, UX & Value Realization * Lead teams delivering agentic AI solutions with strong emphasis on user experience, adoption, and tangible business value * Oversee experimentation, proofs of concept, and the transition of successful concepts into enterprise‑ready AI products * Ensure solutions are intuitive, usable, and embedded naturally into GP workflows * Partner with IT, Security, Data, and Legal to ensure solutions are compliant, scalable, and well‑integrated into Micron’s enterprise ecosystem ### Operational Excellence, Governance & Value Tracking * Establish delivery standards, governance models, and prioritization frameworks for AI initiatives * Track adoption, productivity impact, ROI, and value realization—not just deployment * Continuously refine solutions based on user feedback, performance data, and evolving business needs ### ### Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement * Build, lead, and develop agile, high‑performing teams in a fast‑changing AI and business environment * Lead with a hands‑on, learning‑oriented leadership style * Guide teams through ambiguity as AI technologies, platforms, and business priorities evolve * Foster a culture of accountability, experimentation, and continuous improvement across a globally distributed organization * Partner with GP leaders to identify high‑impact use cases and ensure organizational readiness for AI adoption at scale ## Qualifications ### ### Education * Master’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (required) * Certifications or formal education in AI, data, analytics, automation, or product management strongly preferred ### ### Experience * 10+ years leading digital, AI, or automation‑driven transformation initiatives in complex, enterprise environments, with demonstrated business impact * Proven experience running and governing a high‑volume backlog of AI or digital requests, including intake design and prioritization frameworks * Strong track record operating in agile, iterative delivery models while managing competing priorities * Hands‑on exposure to low‑code/no‑code, agentic AI, or automation platforms (UI Path, MS Copilot Studio, Moveworks), combined with experience managing workflow developers * Experience scaling solutions across global, diverse organizations ### ### Technical & Functional Skills * Solid understanding of generative AI concepts, agentic workflows, and applied automation * Ability to translate complex business problems into intuitive, value‑driven AI solutions * Strong appreciation for user experience as a critical success factor * Business domain literacy in Procurement, Supply Chain, or Operations environments, supporting practical translation of business needs into scalable, value‑focused AI solutions. ### ### Leadership & Communication * Demonstrated experience building and sustaining high‑performing, agile teams * Proven ability to lead through ambiguity and manage competing priorities * Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills * Track record of developing talent and delivering measurable business value Job Profile(s): Project/Program Manager M2 Relocation level: (TBD) Before Getting Started Please review Micron’s Internal Job Application Policy on your regional PeopleNow Career Opportunities page before searching and applying for jobs.
