As a Senior IAM DevOps Engineer, you will:Design, develop, and enhance Identity & Access Management (IAM) solutions using One Identity Manager and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) platformsAnalyze, remediate, and improve existing IAM services to enhance security, compliance, scalability, and operational efficiencyAutomate IAM processes and control activities to reduce manual effort and improve service reliabilityDevelop and maintain IAM workflows, configurations, integrations, scripts, and automation solutionsSupport identity lifecycle management activities including onboarding, access provisioning, access modification, and deprovisioningTroubleshoot and resolve complex IAM platform issues, integrations, and service-related challengesImprove IAM service quality through continuous enhancements, monitoring, and engineering best practicesStrengthen audit readiness by improving control effectiveness, evidencing, traceability, and compliance processesTranslate operational issues, technical risks, and control findings into sustainable IAM solutionsCollaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Security teams, Risk & Compliance teams, architects, and engineering teamsWhat You Bring to the Table:Extensive experience as an IAM Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or Software Engineer within complex enterprise environmentsStrong hands-on experience with One Identity Manager and Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutionsStrong understanding of IAM principles including provisioning, deprovisioning, access governance, access certification, reconciliation, RBAC, ABAC, PBAC, and Segregation of DutiesStrong proficiency in SQL with experience analyzing, validating, and improving IAM-related datasetsExperience with SQL Server, APIs, web services, scripting, automation tools, job services, data mapping, and system integrationsExperience designing, improving, and supporting IAM workflows, jobs, connectors, and application integrationsExperience automating IAM operational activities, control execution, monitoring, and reporting processesStrong understanding of security, governance, risk, and compliance requirements in IAM environmentsExperience working in regulated environments with focus on traceability, audit readiness, and operational controlsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and implement sustainable improvementsStrong English communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholdersYou Should Possess the Ability To:Design and implement secure, scalable, and reliable IAM solutionsDrive automation initiatives to improve IAM service maturity and operational efficiencyConvert business requirements, control gaps, and technical challenges into effective engineering solutionsCollaborate effectively with cross-functional teams across security, risk, compliance, and engineering functionsTake ownership of IAM improvements and contribute to continuous service optimizationWork independently while contributing effectively within an agile delivery environmentWhat We Bring to the Table:Opportunity to work on enterprise-level IAM transformation and security initiativesExposure to Identity Governance, automation, and compliance-driven engineering practicesCollaborative environment with security, engineering, risk, and business teamsOpportunity to improve critical IAM services through automation and innovationGrowth opportunities through challenging identity and security-focused projectsLet’s ConnectWant to discuss this opportunity in more detail?
