Position Overview The Senior HR Business Partner (Director – Regional) is responsible for leading and driving the people strategy across multiple countries within the region. This role serves as a strategic advisor to Regional Business Leadership and acts as the bridge between Group HR and local teams.The incumbent will oversee regional HR to ensure alignment of HR strategy, governance, talent management, and operational execution across markets.Key Responsibilities1.
